What are credits and how do they work?+
Credits are Capy's usage currency, shared by your whole organization. Each plan includes monthly credits — Capy Lite includes $20, Capy Pro includes $105 (a 5% bonus), and every Capy Max step includes 110% of its price (a 10% bonus), so $500/mo buys $550 of credits. Credits cover AI model costs and VM compute time. Unused credits don't roll over, but you can always add balance at 1:1 value.
Is my code safe?+
Yes. Capy is SOC 2 Type II, with encryption in transit and at rest, plus isolated execution environments. Reports and policies are on our trust center at trust.capy.ai.
What models are supported?+
Capy supports all major AI models including Claude, GPT, Gemini, and more. Every plan can bring its own API keys and gateways (BYOK) for additional control.
How does the $1 trial work?+
Your first 7 days of Capy Lite cost $1 with a verified card, then $20/mo. One intro per card and per organization, on monthly Lite only.
Do I pay per seat?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited members, with no per-seat price and no charge for inviting anyone. Plans set your monthly credits and how much cloud machine capacity you can run.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
You can add balance at any time at 1:1 value ($1 = $1 of usage, $5 minimum). You can also enable auto-reload to automatically top up when your balance gets low, or upgrade to a higher plan for more included usage with a bonus.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
