What are credits and how do they work?+
Credits are Capy's usage currency. Each plan tier includes monthly credits — for example, Capy Pro $100 includes $105 of usage (a 5% bonus). Higher tiers get bigger bonuses, up to 20%. Credits cover AI model costs and VM compute time. Unused credits don't roll over, but you can always purchase extra credits at 1:1 value.
Is my code safe?+
Yes. Capy is SOC 2 compliant with end-to-end encryption and isolated execution environments. Session data is deleted after use, and only minimal metadata is retained for operational needs.
What models are supported?+
Capy supports all major AI models including Claude, GPT, Gemini, and more. Enterprise customers can bring their own API keys (BYOK) for additional control.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
You can purchase extra credits at any time at 1:1 value ($1 = $1 of usage). You can also enable auto-reload to automatically top up when your balance gets low, or upgrade to a higher tier for more included usage with a bonus.
Can I switch tiers?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
